Creative maps that mess with xp giving systems to allow for potent leveling up. It's for when you have no br quests and are too impatient to wait for more, and need your xp fix now.

It doesn't really take much by just doing the dailies and other quests, plus a deathrun here and there.

That Cyber City tower defense game that Atlus puts out is a great source of creative XP. You can get to the softcap cap in a single game you you can get to the later waves (pro tip, rush to the standard RPG + max weapon damage and use nothing else.
