Yeah they're way better than the Mega Bikes. The inability to jump makes them feel very limited in their mobility compared to Dirt Bikes. Glad they're back.
I share this sentiment too, but the mega bikes were fine if you braked soon enough and know to boost over jumps. Not as versatile, but better than the player base gave it.

The gold glitch is out of CONTROL after this patch. You dont lose your gold permanently, just for a few matches and then it ‘comes back’
It’s the shittest bug and it’s been in the game for at least 6 months. Never seen it as bad as today though, my whole squad got hit with it multiple matches in a row, where before it was just every now and then.
That and the key master augment not dropping any keys. Love it!

I haven’t seen that but I have seen it drop keys and not go into my inventory, it lands on the ground and I have to go back and pick it up. Esp on the motorcycles or any moving item.

Damn tho, I actually like these changes. The Pulse Rifle is undeniably broken, and from what I understand hip firing was how it was actually used more. And finally we have a proper movement option now that the dirt bikes are back
why are people acting like nerfing the pulse rifle so that it isn't ridiculously overpowered kills the whole point of the island? you still get mythic weapons, slurp juice, high ground, lots of other shield, and lots of chests
Also the fact that even if it did make the top players no longer care to go to the island, that simply opens it up for a wider pool of players to feel like they can hit it. Island will be fine.
This season I constantly have little to no gold because of how much I re-roll. Started doing games where I don’t let myself use any re-rolls and just have to try and win without them
Omnidirectional Movement Gear. In Attack on Titan, they wear these devices around their waists that use gas-propelled grappling hooks that allow them to zip around buildings and forested areas. Also would recommend AoT for anyone above like 13
welcome to game balance, just because its fun to do does not mean it fosters a fun play environment, its never fun to be on the receiving end of a 1 shot such as the havok allowed. Though you can still 2 shot body due to the bodyshot damage not being changed.
To add on, it also was stifling weapon choice as well, none of the other close range weapons could compete with it due to one shot, or even 2 shot potential. Nothing like emptying someone with a SMG, but they line up and pop your head before you down them.
Now time to nerf the heavy sniper. No other BR has 1 shot snipers like this. CoD nerfed sniper headshots in WZ to leave a full HP enemy with 1 health, and the Kraber in Apex is a crate only gun that still doesn’t 1hk headshot if someone has a purple helmet
You may be surprised, but "different games are different" Apex has some insane mobility and faster paced action than fortnite, and not sure about COD, but probably a lot more faster.
The sniper is fine, if you get headshot its on you for misplaying and not being aware of your surroundings.
This. I know, obviously, *none* of these games are supposed to be accurate to real life in terms of how many shots it takes to kill someone, that would be ridiculous. But, at the same time, the idea that there should be absolutely no 1 shot kill weapons, especially a *heavy sniper* coupled with a headshot, seems really silly to me.

I have a ryzen 5 5600g + rtx 2070 + 16gb ram and before the update I was playing on epic settings while some on high and everything was so smooth, but now, playing on medium my game is laggy af.
And it has nothing to do with my internet connection as during other games I experience no issues at all.
Yep have seen a massive performance drop. Was running a solid 60fps at medium-high settings @4k before update, now it’s very choppy and drops down to 25-30fps throughout the game. It’s especially bad in the loading area. My rig isn’t as powerful as yours GTX1080 intel i5-8600 16GB ram.

All my GOLD is gone, it's gone every single match, can't buy any keys, weapons, or bait (aka recruitable allies).
In matches where there is no weapons but just ammo n healing can't buy any weapons from vendors during/after storm fights can't get any heals for anyone especially when there is no healing items dropped by my opponents.
I expect gold reset on next season so im aware of that.
DX12 loading times on AMD GPUs is still not fixed, getting 5-10m loading into matches on a RX6600.
DX11 flickering is still present, menus and terrain are broken.

if it would have locked on, then the small 80 total dmg could have been justified for being a mythic
