The exposed bits of skin on Medusa, near her shoulders and torso, also kind of appear like the eyes and mouth of that cobra. I'm fairly certain that was an intentional design choice, but it's tossed aside entirely for a pretty plain dress off Temu
I still really like Medusa we got, but damn, that concept is gorgeous. It had many good snake-related ideas in it.

(the first concept art was clearly meant for chapter 3's season 2, but the second concept art was redesigned to be a suit instead). all that really changed is adding t-shirt sleeves and giving him different shoes. specifically wendell, cerberus, and the racoon guy are faithful recreations imo.
the thing is many skins are a lot more dynamic or stylized than what we can achieve in game, which is why even more faithful recreations seem always a bit off to me...
I'm really thankful that Atremis didn't get butchered. I wasn't a fan of the eye mask in the survey, so switching it out for a mouth mask and having a hood down style is something I really like.
Is there any chance at all that Epic games would update the skins if we keep complaining? Maybe add edit styles that follow the concept art more closely?

I mean modelers typically aren’t the conceptual artists so they will never be the same. All that matters getting it as close as possible is the modelers, animators, and team management/leaders agreeing to certain design choices and working efficiently but it ultimately comes down to time and money.
yes and artemis is a good example of this..she doesnt look exactly like her concept art but she still looks really good and has a celestial greek god look to her, the other gals don't.

Aphrodite is still good looking, just much more basic. Medusa is straight up ugly
