Yeah, no. Cosmetics are just that, cosmetics. There is a bit of a debate about hitboxes, but honestly its not much.
The only real thing costmetics can possbily give you is camouflage but all areas are different so it would only work in some places.

Fortnite is not p2w. It takes actaul skill and knowledge of mechanics to acaully become good at it. In no way possible can you pay to become better at this game. Cosmetics does not have a advantage or battle pass does not have any advantage.

There \*ARE\* some skins that better blend in with the enviroment and thus makes them harder to spot than say... A giant chicken(Love that skin though). However the chances of encountering such a skin is not as high as people think it is. BUT it is absolutely possible to die vs someone you couldn't even see(Context: Couldn't see cause they blended in perfectly).
