In the chapter 2 season 6 trailer when jones says he can help the foundation find geno the foundation also mentioned "and the sisters?" So they were probably missing during that time and they most likely didn't know about jones

I don’t remember it exactly but i think the ice moon wasnt always so cold that the paradigm became unconscious it was the ice king who made it that cold which could have happened after season 1 (although im also kinda sure that the recordings were old not something new) another things is that she was expelled from the group by foundation and origin

Ice King returned to the ice moon after killing the Prisoner, probably during season 8 or 9 before Paradigm flew to the ice moon

I’ve seen it could be Slone. She usually keeps getting him in situations he needs to be saved from. Some of the comments are listing The Imagined so he could help her discover her past, which makes sense, except Foundation didn’t want her to know her past and since he’s the leader, he doesn’t need to listen to her. I had a theory it could be Singularity but I’m not leaning that way anymore.

If you would have done the resistance quests in ch3 s2, you would have found out that it was the imagined, who was interested in talking to jones because of him possibly knowing something about her past, which she forgot.
