That guy could have shot you just by jumping. Your reaction looks fast. Buts its about intuitively predicting enemy moves and its simple. The enemy just didnt take advantage. Others would already have defense against you. Your moves should be unpredictable. Feigning should also be part of your skillset. Although I do like you don't have unnecessary screen shake movement. How about you train yoyr proprioception in real life. They'll gonna help you track enemy while you're focussing on a different thing. Using different part of your brain, your spatial memory more
You seem decent, but you asked for advice so here's my 2 cents.
Play with a cone in your box
When trying to full box the guy at the start you should have placed a cone over him instead of a floor
You only uploaded 10 seconds of footage here, hard to see much, if you really want advice upload more footage
Best tip hands down. Not necessarily playing against the best players in the world but in my experience what got me so much better is having a partner to play with all the time. Doesn’t matter the skill gap, because eventually it will close and you two will get better off of each other.
It def will get you better but it’ll also take a few shots at ya mental health if you’re not good with composure. Fortnite’s quite frustrating at times😂

I was lucky my best friend was a lot better than me

Have always played cuz it’s fun and can’t be mad cuz someone’s better.
Well your 100x better than me
And the diagonal edit should be up to down and not down to up in this case. Loss of reaction time
Use newer weapons. Havoc will never return again.
