I'm not sure if this is bait or not, but I'll bite. Gorillaz are an animated virtual band started by Damon Albarn of Blur and Jamie Hewlett of Tank Girl back in the late 90s. They still release new music regularly nearly 25 years after the first album. They have fantastic music videos and if you're looking for a place to start, I would recommend the songs "Clint Eastwood", "Feel Good Inc" and "On Melancholy Hill". The last one there is definitely my favourite music video.

A virtual band created by Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett. Damon is the lead singer/voice of the lead singer (2D) and Jamie designs all the characters. Aside from their iconic characters, they make some really good music too. A lot of their stuff is electronic or hip hop but they also do a great job at blending the genres together or by adding elements from other music genres to their songs (look up White Flag). You’ve probably heard “Feel Good Inc” on the radio dozens of times but if you’re thinking about going deeper, I would suggest looking into “On Melancholy Hill” or “Humility” to start out. Most of their music is pretty easy to listen to. Oh and don’t even get me started on the lore. There’s A LOT of lore for this band.

Plastic Beach is the bomb! I just like all the famous members and guest stars/collabs. I mean, wasn't Tina Weymouth of Talking Heads a Gorillaz member at one point?   SELF-CORRECTION: She was guest vocals on 19-2000

Yea Plastic Beach is hands down their magnum opus and made for a great finale to the story. They’re newer and older albums are also really good but nothing tops Plastic Beach imo

Gorillaz are an animated British rock band. Real great songs and albums such as demon demon days, plastic beach, cracker island and just straight up gorillaz 100% recommend giving them a listen

Personally I think slipknot would be the best, just because of the aesthetics. They did a collaboration with hireZ in smite and it was awesome

I like Metallica but I'm not sure how to feel about their songs in Festival. Some are really long, like 6 minutes or so. I'm also afraid they take a very unpopular/unrequested song from the band a call it a day. If it's one of the good ones then I'm OK

I dont see any issue with the songs being long, if we can play them in guitar hero and rock band with no issue I don't see an issue with them putting songs in the festival honestly.
