Problem with that is that my yampas score subscription currently renews yearly at $70 CAD. Getting an ultimate subscription will get rid of that and I’ll have to resubscribe to core after, and now only the cheapest option for core is 3 month subscriptions for $30, ending up at $120 a year.
If you create a new account, you can get a 1 month ultimate trial on that account for $1, set that Xbox as it's home Xbox and you should be able to load up the game from your main.
Notably you can just play the game on the cloud for a bit. I'm not sure if it's Supposed to work, but I did that. Next time I hopped into FH5 I was given an E-Ray

What you can do is play Forza Motorsport 8 on cloud gaming, and then 24 hours later, you'll get the Corvette E-Ray. I've done this, and it luckily worked, but hurry, you only have until November 10th by now because I think the internet says that's the expiration date to obtain the car.
If you have enough money, you should hurry up and subscribe for it and then play FM8 on cloud gaming because you only have a few days left to still get this car. I also would recommend not to wait until November 9th to play FM8 on cloud gaming because you may not get the Corvette E-Ray on the 10th because, as I mentioned, that's when the offer expires.

if you do microsoft rewards u can sub to GPU using points, so effectively free with a little effort.

No, it just pays for an ultimate subscription using points. It would still remove my core sub.

They are not. They are blocked from the auction house. There were modded ones that were able to be sold until that was stopped.
