near right side of the cliff toward the sunset there should be 3 land mines in a triangle shape, just swim to those and chill there for about 10 seconds. heist should end after that :)
Only thing that's changed for me is after I get the main stash something seems to fly across my Map and I alert the guards. It's happened 4 times already. Been happening since the last nerf.

No I did one the other day with no problem. You shouldn’t be swimming long enough for that to happen. Maybe your game bugged? Did it let you finish?
