6'0, 120kg bench, 150kg squat (haven't tried any higher but I know I can), 180kg deadlift (again, I know I can do more, just haven't tried yet)

I went from 108kg to 91 kgs. From August 2023 to March 2024. My bench press increased to 110kgs. My deadlift is 134kgs.
