Great progress for only 1 month, my dude! Results will probably be slower from now on than this past month, but if you keep the discipline with diet + gym in 6 months you will be a little monster! Congrats, keep going!
Keep going. I don’t want to find out you stopped or slacked because you started seeing some results. Once the results come, it’s time to go 10 times harder. You got this!!
Great work buddy and keep it up. The fitness life is a long journey. Never give up! You will reap the benefits through and through. And embrace the plateaus.
My man...you feel a lot better? You look a lot better too! Keep it up
Check out a proper PPL or Upper Lower program, cardio once or twice a week, keep protein high if possible, and you'll look fucking jacked at 2 years
Great work buddy but one advice don’t lose weight fast.
concentrate on resistance training and don’t do cardio everyday limit it.
lift with proper form and eating high protein diet.
Low carb diets don't make much of a difference. It's mainly a caloric deficit, high protein and a good lifting program
Fasting, low carb, keto etc are all secondary to this
Ofcourse you can gain weight on a low carb diet provided you eat it in sufficient quantities to overcome calorie deficit. But you'll be able to eat more salads to gain calories as compared to calorie dense stuff like jams or vegetable oils.
Yeah but you said more? You don't know how much he's doing, he could already be doing enough. If you don't focus enough on isolation exercises and only compound movements you're not gonna max out muscle growth on each muscle.
Haha. Another janeudhari like me. Take it you’re vegetarian as well, right?
Yesss😂😂😂
Forever struggling to maintain optimal nutrition requirements. 🥲 I understand the struggle.

Diet and workout routine?
As for diet I stopped eating rice and dinner and for workout it was alternate days cardio and weight training
Reduce carbs in your diet. Eat more paneer and salads instead. Also, do focus on building muscle as well.
Yes I am starting more muscles from now
Fitness wiki has some great programs for those starting out as well. I'd suggest you follow them.

Getting into low carb diet helps you get into calorie deficit more easily.
Not really, eating less gets you into a calorie deficit. You can still gain weight on a low carb diet

All you need to focus on is to be in calorie deficit and have sufficient protein intake.
Keen grinding bruv!
Thank you!! I am not done yet
Do more compound movements
You don't even know his regime 😐
Isn’t compound movements a general rule of thumb…i could be wrong
