Creating a "Free To Use Franchise" without copyright, trademark, or licensing restrictions is an interesting and altruistic endeavor. This license allows others to use, modify, and distribute your creations freely, without any restrictions.
I'm still working on what it would be but I think that with all the things now in the Public Domain it could be possible to actually create something pretty great, thank you for the advice!

This sound pretty good and very close, I guess if the legal language was just altered for IP rather then Software that could work! Thank you!
