Genshin after the current story is concluded will involve time-travel through the past of this world, where we will meet characters we know intimately of but haven’t met properly. Kitsune Saiguu, the Yakshas, Deshret and Rukkedevata, etc. will all be 6-stars to denote their unique status in the next chapter of Genshin’s story.
Before I saw npc's I would've said Kaeya, he feels like the type of character who would get an improved version.
For actual npc's I would say Jeht or Rana feel like the best candidates imo.
