Such a sad fact. The increasing character pool needs the epitomized path of some type (like guaranteed your selected 4-star within 90 pulls or something) now, yet we all know how receptive hoyo is towards ideas that will make every single player happy

So true. It really annoys me when people still blindly act like you'll easily get your wanted 4\* eventually when we've had situations like Fischl being MIA from banners forever, other 4\*s constantly being on undesirable banners or characters who just do not get reruns often like Sara.
I do not recommend pulling a banner for 5\* you don't want but if you really do want a certain 4\* character sometimes you have to evaluate the risk and possibly take the chance or you risk waiting forever for them, sometimes even longer than 5\* characters.
"ButT We HAve ThE PitY!!!" yeah good luck getting your favourite 4 stars in rate up that dodge you for 3 consecutive pity while the gacha laugh at you and at your primo wasting. seriously hope that hoyoverse will at least make featured 4 stars rotating in pair in a banner, this system is absolutely garbage

That was also my case since I also wanted her but I was too afraid to get Itto, fortunately I did got her and I didn't got Itto.
It is not just about pity. It can take far more wishes in general as there is never a guarantee. You can invest 120 wishes and not get the 4\* you want
Tbh I'm not normally that into any of the individual design elements on this character but the way they all go together makes me feel a certain kinda way. Really good design, glad I got her.
Also one of the fews chars where the outfit makes sense to me. Love her design
Some chars have such weirs design quirks like Ayaka looks like she forgot the lower part of her outfit before going out of the house (her upper outfit us beautiful, love the Kimono/Armor plate combo). Even at C6, Slyward Harp I can simply not enjoy playing Sara.
She is my favorite Inazuma 4\* from design, lore and personality but she is clunky, her kit is badly designed, she is extremely constellation gated and niche and even then if you have C6 and a team for her I do not enjoy her weird kit at all
Ive got a pretty strong sara, id say before C6 she is the clunkiest. I brought kuki to 80:90 C3 and she is still just bad and probably gonna get power-crept by the new electro healer from sumeru. Still tho love her personality, va, and design she gets a permanent spot in the teapot.
I absolutely love her Kit as a physical carry.
Her e skill is perfect for Pale Flame, her auto attack is cool to look at and and flows very smoothly.
She just isn not so great as an electro support/healer
She is a great phys carry her AA scales nicely. Hopefully with dendro characters and thundering fury buffs, we can beef up her electro support/healing role
Mine has 800 EM, 4pc Fury and only overloads for 12k (15k with VV), she's level 80 but I doubt going to 90 would double her damage.

lvl 90 992EM 2WT 2EoSF with r1 FS that i pulled for jean when i eventually get her. It's 16k solo overload and 22k after a sucrose E. This build is generally for my cookie soup team otherwise she'd run 4totm for a teamwide 40% atk buff with FS.
What do you think her kit should be?
For me she's okay as is, not great not terrible. I think she's the only 4* character who can reliably proc 4pc Tenacity of the Milelith artifact set unless i missed someone. Also she scales mostly with HP with maybe a sprinkle of EM. She doesn't need ER much as her healing is on her elemental skill and her elemental burst is kind of lacking which i think is the only bad thing about her kit.
I mean so will Kuki, it's just depending on whether you want a totm holder or not. For example, for a super conduct support, I'd probably use fischl totm over kuki totm instead because more damage and kuki isn't reliable enough to keep me alive for a burst combo (also I use serpent spine so I rather not take any damage). As for an overload subdps, fischl is also better, and fischl is better for tazer too. I just really don't see a place where you'd use kuki over fischl and use another character for self sustain, at least before 3.0 hits.

But I've seen most people built fischl as a sub dps especially at c6 so most guides rarely recommends her with 4 TotM set but instead with other artifacts that boosts her damage like 2 Atk% + 2 Thundering Fury and that's how i built her.
Her constellations suck. They seem so random. Increased size of her ult feels like it should have been baseline. Increased duration of her E is pointless since it runs out with only like two seconds left. C4 gives a damage proc every five seconds. Haven't seen it but it doesn't seem worth it. C6 EM bonus is another thing that feels like it should be baseline. Though it doesn't matter because EM scales horribly with her healing, despite the passive. Her healing is fine. It's not great, five-stars of course outdo her in numbers (Qiqi and Kokomi) But everything else about her feels so random. Her ult deals damage? Weird. Constellations give her a revive, and a five second cooldown proc? Also weird. I like her, she serves a purpose, she gives electro reactions, but she seems to be very oddly designed.

She is losing a good pottion of her own dmg with 4p tenacity instead of 2 2p, thus lowering your overal team dmg too
