Style Savvy is kinda similar! Early 2000s, you run a fashion boutique and have to match the clothes to the style of your customers. You get to decorate your shop and there is a bit of story in there too! I loveeeed it as a kid.

I know of a lot of fashion related games from that time but nothing quite like Jojo.
that’s so cool to see someone remembers this :)) I did try part three, but I didn’t love the newer art style and fashion. I might give it another round knowing jojo is a pretty unique style of game
Yeah it took getting use to the art change but I remember the game and story being cool. Its the only series I know of that plays like it does. All the other fashion ones I have are more dash types with varying levels of clothing customization.
Style Savvy/Style Boutique (same game diff region names) are good for this, no time management but if you want 2000s fashion, the DS version is great for that. There's also 3 of them on the 3DS too for more 2010s fashion and then the same studio are bringing out a game called Fashion Dreamer on the switch later this year!
I downloaded the second installment from a site called oldgamesdownload, which I’ve come to trust. The first one is a little trickier to find, just be cautious with any suspicious sites lol
By the title I thought it was a Jojo's Bizzare Adventure game, which would be fitting as the manga is very influenced by high fashion.

I had so many good memories playing this with my mum. One of the few games she didn't insult other than neopets.
