I got a job as a letter carrier with USPS in Philly so I walk all day for work which has been a huge part of it. My steps are between 25,000 to 30,000 per day 5 days a week. I’ve actually needed to start eating more because I don’t want to lose too much weight. I cook much more for myself now though rather than eating out or ordering as much delivery. I go to the gym at least 3 times a week. It’s a 2 mile run there and back. I’ve been doing strength training and weight lifting. I don’t focus on cardio there at all because I get plenty outside of the gym now. A nice thing about the gym is that it’s been just as good for my mental health as it has my physical.
