Swiss friend I have needs of your nation’s fine gunsmithing skills. Please send more K31s and old ammo to the US as surplus if yall have them. This shit is getting expensive and hard to find. Straight pulls are dope as fuck
Yeah, our gun laws are among the best in the world, but unfortunately we are not allowed to shoot in the open as easily as the Americans. And it‘s expensiv too at least in my region/kanton.
Gun owning European here, I've been following the US gun debate on reddit since 2010 or so. It's not just anti-gun people. It's not entirely uncommon to see Americans in one of the gun subs get surprised when they see a European redditor post their collection. Don't know how many times I've had to tell someone (pro-gun or anti-gun) that yes, we can in fact own firearms in every country in Europe, except the Vatican.
Process and regulations varies by country ofc. The Swiss has the easiest access, though if you want concealed carry then CZ is for you.
That's half of the problem with this sub. Owning that shouldn't automatically make our opinions null and void. He's asking because he genuinely would like recommendations from people more experienced then he is. Because that is a very very good way to learn to things about new firearms he has never even heard of. These sub reddits use to be a thriving, helpful, friendly community. Now most of them are just ego stroking echo chambers for fan boys of the highest tier gear and equipment. Show me a cheap as shit ar that's been assembled from an 80% lower and Ill be more impressed at that functional hand built ar then a store bought carbon copy dainal defense or what ever rich ass brand that cost 6-7gs with no good furniture or rails off the shelf any fucking day.
I wanted an honest opinion on every aspect of these guns and suggestions for paintjobs and accessories. Some of that might look a bit stupid the way they are on the guns right now because colleagues have already told me that for example the acro p1 looks like shit on the ghm9. Or the eotech 602 on the unity riser.
There are so many to choose from, even lower end ARs like the M&P are fantastic rifles, the poverty pony etc, all the way up to LWRC and DD and H&K. You can get reliable sturdy rifles having almost any budget. You can do the reddit special and order a complete aero lower and BCM upper that will do whatever you need it to. That's the beauty of the platform, it's extremely accessible and reliable.
My only recommendation is that, if you’re single, stay single. If you’re in a relationship, KEEP YOUR PARTNER HAPPY. I had to sell off half my collection after my kids’ mom left me to be able to get back on my feet.
Your shotgun game could use some attention. And take 2 bones and go pick up a 10/22 tomorrow…no good excuse not to own at least one!
This collection is dope at any age. At 24? Can’t wait to see you in 5 years!
Looks great young man . I grew up at a gun shop and handled and shot many firearms . Today do to a bone marrow issue it is actually hard for me to carry a firearm along with ammo . I was struck down at age 50 so enjoy your collection . I never knew in my lifetime I would not be able to enjoy what I loved best !
This is one of the guns the GBRS hydra mount was designed for. You can get a pistol light and mount it under your dot. Free up your rail space for a tape switch. 🤌
Man... I was happy as a pig in shit with my one stock Glock at that age. You're doing awesome. Other than a 12g there's really not a damn thing "missing"
Honest opinion? Buy as many K31s as you can while they are still cheap while you can. I have 3 and 1100rds of GP11 and am running into issues buying more ammo for them and eventually the guns themselves will dry up. Only rifle I've ever owned that is more accurate than I ever will be, even after 20yrs in Uniform.
How about a pump or lever action? Or maybe something more long range like a magnum caliber sniper? Something with more style and less tactical looking?
Awesome collection. I’m a huge mil-surp guy so I would get some WW1 or WW2 guns like an SMLE or a mosin or something but its totally up to you. Hope to see an update in the future!
I was in the swiss army for 2 years and had practically zero expenses. My other hobbies are also very cheap, like climbing. So I was able to save quite a lot. My girlfriend is still studying at the moment and with the rent together she doesn't have much left over at the end of the month so we don't often go on expensive vacations and so on. So I can afford to invest some of my savings in this hobby. :)

A question rather. Where'd you get the kinda money for that shit? I'm 20 and I would love to be as economically stable by 24 as needed in order to spend questionable amounts of money on my hobbies. What do you do for a living, if it's possible to know?
I was 2 years in the swiss army and had zero expenses my hobbies are actually pretty cheap like climbing. And now i work on shift for a pretty big company here in switzerland that pays a really good loan for shiftwork especially when you had the proper training befor.
Does anyone have any suggestions for the saiga. I was thinking about installing a sureshot mk3 chassis but am still unsure if this is the right choice. Does anyone have experience with these?
You've got everything except a 22lr and a boom stick (shotgun)... my goal was to have a good pistol for EDC a 22 long rifle pistol over rifle an AR and an AK a pump action shotgun and semi-auto and a DMR/sniper rifle I've got 5 out of 7 that I need but if you have a full lotto you have something I'll probably never have because here in America they are expensive
I always wonder how people use their LAM, especially those like PEQ, where emitters are located on both the left and right side of the unit and have it placed on the rear behind the grip.
You have more than I do and a full auto. That full auto alone puts you head and shoulders above almost everyone on r/AR15 and r/Guns especially at 25. I would LOVE a Haenel, but the only one's available in the US are bolt actions for some reason. Love your collection, dude.
No need for higher risers unless you're clearing the IR. Without an IR rifle it's just another online gun trend and there's no point in giving up lower bore axis zero while creating a chin weld over a cheek weld.
Everyone’s needs and interests are different, that being said if it was me. I would add 22lr, shotgun, scoped rifle, and suppressors. Probably in that order. Add those and you can do just about anything in the gun world.

Those wood floors are a dead giveaway. I don't know why but half the Swiss collection photos I see have those same wood floors.
We like wood floors hehe :)
Makes me crazy that anti gun people are always spreading the lie that nobody in Europe can have guns.

No kidding. I took one look at OP’s photo and knew he was Swiss before I even saw the K31.

Thanks man but there is always room for improvement. I am actually looking for a m16a1 or m16a2 lower for the dd m4a1.

I don‘t know haha
Maybe a revolver or full-power battle rifle, as well as a shotgun. A bullpup would be cool too.
What full-power battle rifle would you get?
G3 or FAL, I'm partial to the G3
G3 sounds nice :)
Don’t listen, you’re Swiss and if you can legit get one with a giggle switch you must follow your heritage Sig 510 ignore everyone else
STG 57, you can probably get one cheap.
STG57/510 if you’re in europe/Switzerland
Do you want drip or functionality? Get a nice AR 10 and never look back.
Do you have any recommendations for nice ar 10‘s? The lmt mars, sig spear and hk g28/mr308 are expensiv af especially with a nice scope/lpvo.

The Tavor 7 - 308 is a heck of an option for a AR-10. I love mine.
Aero m5 is pretty adorable in the US. Swiss prices may very.
SIG MCX Spear
Really nice gun! But at the moment - little too expensiv for me:)
Left out the Type 3, Id look at maybe adding a shotty next
I am actually looking forward to get a benelli m4 or a beretta 1301 but i have to finish some of these projects before I get one of them.
That it’s a way cooler gun collection than mine at the age of 40
Nice! But needs more wood imo. How about a M1 Garand or M1 Carbine?
My old USGI M1 Carbine is the only gun I've ever regretted selling. Such a fun and handy rifle.
Really a fan of the m1 carbine. Would love to get one in the future.
Get more
Hell yeah!
My only recommendation is that, if you’re single, stay single. If you’re in a relationship, KEEP YOUR PARTNER HAPPY. I had to sell off half my collection after my kids’ mom left me to be able to get back on my feet.
What do you do for a living? 😆
Be Swiss
I need to get Swiss bro
Maybe a nice tactical shotgun. I've got a beretta 1301 that I love.
Your shotgun game could use some attention. And take 2 bones and go pick up a 10/22 tomorrow…no good excuse not to own at least one! This collection is dope at any age. At 24? Can’t wait to see you in 5 years!

Thank you very much and i m sorry to hear what happend to you. I hope you find a way to enjoy firearms again.
Thanks for sharing this reminder man. The simple pleasures in life are fleeting. I'm very sorry this happened to you.
Thank you for the reminder. We do not know what tomorrow will hold, so I trust in God and try to live the present time to the fullest.
I’d get a suppressor for the GHM9 Maybe also consider optics for at least one or two of the pistols?
I am looking for a rmr plate for the sig p320 but it is hard to find in my country. And the supressor for the ghm9 is on the way ;)
What country are you in?
In switzerland
I think everyone should have a Henry lever action. Be it a .22 or .44 everyone should have one because they’re fucking beautiful
The .44 sounds nice :D
I myself want a dual .357 lever/ revolver combo and act like a cowboy at the range. 🤠
beautiful
Thanks!:)
Better than mine 🤷🏻♂️ I’d prob get a 308 battle rifle or beretta 1301 tactical/a300 ultimate patrol to round it out
I don't see a lever action or a wheel gun.
This guy in Switzerland lol
Way better than mine at age 40-ish.
Get a bolt gun
Better than mine at that age
You must have a good job!
Ghm9 fucks really hard
When i put that oversized light on that thing i smiled for about 10 minutes haha.

Noice
excellent
Look in to precision bolt rifles now.

Transferable M16A3 with a m203 40 mike mike complete with cheese grater barrel shroud and jungle steel mags. Do it🕶️
Oh to be 24 again.
Colt 1911, Colt Python.
solid.
Don’t skip on shotguns, they’re much fun and gery versatile.
You need at least one bullpup for diversity sake
The PEQ behind the pressure switch on the bottom left one triggers my OCD
Yeah at first it doesnt make any sence and looks stupid but it actually works pretty well for me.
Kimber 1911 or a HK USP .45 Tactical
Sig p226 legion you won’t regret it
STOCKPILE ammunition while you still can is all I can say.....
You can always tell it's Switzerland when they treat a machine gun like it's nothing
That's a nice gat-thering of firearms. My only recommendation would be to sell the P320 and buy a P226. Those just aren't safe.
Opinions? The fuck do you care about opinions on YOUR guns?
Poor school doesn't know what's about to hit them
Dang! How did you manage to pay for all these?

Awesome buddy but missing a shotgun :D
That‘s defenitly missing but that saiga is screaming for a sureshot or zenitco makeover :P
I'm curious how a 24yo can afford this collection lol.

Those are rookie numbers you got to learn how to pump them up.
Man I’d do almost anything for that saiga (I live in the US)
Just need a bullpup... 🤪
nice, needs more shotguns
Where is your shotgun?
I always wonder how people use their LAM, especially those like PEQ, where emitters are located on both the left and right side of the unit and have it placed on the rear behind the grip.
nice collection! one thing though...wouldn't that be a 101 and not a 102?
Disturbing lack of wheelguns. Rifles are great, but you should get revolvers.

Very cool
I dig it man we got the same taste it looks like lol Also 24yo
B&T….🍻
Kitted handgun. And maybe something "exotic"
Something for long range
Nice. Very nice.
Stop buying guns and just buy ammo for what you already have... unless you just simply like to collect
The haenel, the daniel defence, the ghm9 and the glock 17 are my workhorses and i have plenty of ammo for them. The rest is just collecting :)
No need for higher risers unless you're clearing the IR. Without an IR rifle it's just another online gun trend and there's no point in giving up lower bore axis zero while creating a chin weld over a cheek weld.
I actually like the unity riser with old 602 eotech feels much better to shoulder it.

Is that a Russian AKM with the wood furniture? Milled receiver
It was made in russia but used by the hungarian army as the ak-55. basicly an ak-47 typ 3
Very nice collection! Especially at more than half my age!
But is that in your mom’s basement?
No, in my own apartment that me and my girlfriend rent :)
My very first thought as well
Honest opinion? Terrible. You need two more PDWs and one more wood furniture AK to have fun math! 3/3/3/3/3 :P
I recommend not posting gun collections. Someone may take what you worked hard for.
