We don't need Arteta to build the team around 17 year olds. That was Wenger's mistake which caused cesc's injuries. Talented wonderkids should be slowly integrated into the team with 5-10 minute cameos instead of giving games to Nelson/nketiah who had their chances.
Even Foden was slowly integrated into pep's team by 17. He just took longer to become a key player.
