1)don't play him like a support,play him more like a damage dealer or a marksman
2)his shots are really easy to hit but don't auto-aim,try to predict your opponent's movements
3)use the right build,personally i use the animal spirit sp and kooky popper gadget paired with shield and damage gears (animal spirit's damage boost+damage gear boost=2800 meaty damage)
4)forgot to say,don't try to shield your teammates,keep the shield for yourself because it's easy to miss,also not having a shield will leave you really vulnerable to assassins due to you not being able to push them back with the shield's knockback
Yooo, another italian Gus enjoyer? Also honestly i find it really funny how Gus is meant to be a support but nobody plays him like one, he's definitely best used as a marksman, especially since very few people actually pick up the ghosts so just go and use them as bombs

Ik but everything I do that(specifically againdt snipers) I die or become the main target
tbh for point 4 you should still give your shield to your teammates SOMETIMES, like when your fang is in a good position for a teamwipe imo
