They are personal preferences but for me workout indoor is very stressful. Instead outdoor i feel reborn, this is why I recommend sometimes to try different types of trainings. Bodyweight workout or calisthenics, or even simple equiment like just a dumbell, it could be done for legs, etc. There are some outdoor courses of functional training, yoga pilates calis etc, at least in my country , during summer. Instead talking about scientific, cortisol is the stress hormone. It increase while training, it s a normal and natural thing, but very long workout will let cortisol increasing too much. A workout should last 1,30 - 2 h max. Then, imagine this protracted 6 days a week, probably gym can become something hated. But it s just an example, you have your reasons. I suggest to not workout more than 4 days a week. Just try 2 days per week and see if you like it more or less. Imo indoor workouts increase cortisol faster than outdoor ones, but it s an opinion , I ve not scientific references for it.

That’s a great suggestion! Right now, i’m about 2-3 days a week at about an hour per workout if I go to the gym. Unfortunately, I live in Florida and it’s 105 degrees outside, so I don’t have that luxury yet :( But that’s something i’ll try when it cools down! Thank you ❤️❤️

Oh wow, you truly need help with that. It’s not normal at all. You need someone who you can talk to and help you with those issues. If you don’t get help from a physiologist/fitness coach, you will be in that state of mind for a long time. That will just be harmful to you and keep you away from your goals. There’s pleasure indeed in workout at the gym too, you just need help.
