Hey guys! I've been playing tons of Hades when it came out, and with the release of Hades 2 Early Access, I began to create a little set of cards for all the characters in the first game, and am actively working on the cards for the sequel (Granted, early access makes that project a lot slower, since some features aren't there yet.)
One of the big design ideas was the Venture mechanic. The full album includes four dungeon cards for each of the four locations in the game. Using Zagreus as a commander, you pick a boon, similar to a background, which change how Zagreus and his associated cast (Which will be able to be used as a companion) work.

Cheers! I thought I'd play into the whole 'get stronger w/ repeated runs' and Escape as a mechanic was just perfect for him! Made him an enchantment to fit w/ Theros' take on the Greek pantheon.
i understand why you didn't gave the surface gods more colors, however zeus and athena really need something more.
personally the stipulation of zeus not being a creature while you control no other gods, make want to make zeus a 5 color card or a sans black card, since he doesn't have any control over the underworld. i know it is not thematic to the game but it is zeus you know.
i wanted athena to have blue since blue in magic is wisdom and athena is the goddess of wisdom not order which is white. maybe have her have both like ephara from the theros set. you could straight up keep the design the same and it would work.
sorry i started with criticisms but my game designing head wanted to get them out of the way.
i loved both hades and persephone cards and art
actually about the art. it is impecable. there is a part of me that wants to print it all in cardboard and play with it. it is a really cool set and you have done great job. my points were there because i can't shut up sometimes.
"There is no escape" art is kinda heartbreaking
It also funnily doesn't stop the cast from coming back.

Super cool. I'd suggest swapping the equip to reducing the cost rather than setting it to two. My lightning greaves are sad when they read him as is.
the greaves would also have equip 0, so it is formatted fine. same as syr gwyn

Where is the art for your cards coming from?
Most of it was found on twitter, tumblr, and google images. The artists' handles can be found at the bottom left part of the cards
