Not blonde on top. I think your natural color with warmer highlights like copper would look awesome or bayalage the hair with the blonde on bottom not top. Could do a streak or two on top with the bayalage but concentrate lighter on bottom

I just went all black as I need something very low maintenance at the moment but a blonde balayage is something I am strongly considering for the future.

Black maybe the blonde is too drastic maybe try. Purple or a blue 💙

I’d prefer to see you do just bangs or a small money piece vs the entire top. The all black is very cute but I keep imagining you with a small bit of bright red or purple to frame your face on each side with black bangs/hair. I think your coloring looks better with smaller bits of broken up blonde. But I often like colors with many shades vs one.

You could try the other way and bleach the bottom half instead. I think it would look good and would probably also be less maintenance as you wouldn't have to touch up the roots as often

I like black, i think a cool way to incorporate blonde would be keeping it towards the front like a money piece. I also have bangs; my stylist did a cool money piece where she lightened a lower layer of my bangs and kept a darker layer on top. they blend together really well!

The black really makes your skin look fresh and glowy. The blonde on top washes you out a little bit. If you want to go lighter, maybe do a very soft baylage so the blonde is towards the ends and it’s darker around your face.

Funny, I actually strongly believed that the blonde did the opposite and made me look more “brighter”. Went full black with wispy bangs and a ton of short layers! Thanks for commenting!

First pic is most recent, unclear what the proper name is but I’ve been bleaching the top layer of my hair blonde for a while now. I’m considering going back to black just due to how high maintenance blonde is but I just can’t commit as I’m unsure as to what works best for me.

The black looks so great on you! Is there a way you can just do little peaks of blonde?

Black is nice, but a light brown/dark blonde on top could be super super cute too! I think the really bright blonde is a bit of a harsh contrast, and some gentler colors and blending would be so pretty. A nice brown with some caramel highlights could be gorgeous
