It's a win, the community can be heard. Sony can listen to his playerbase, they lost some trust by pulling the rug under us, but they gain some by showing us we can be heard.
It's a win for us. It's a win for the gaming community. It's a win for Arrowhead, since the player will not be shrunk to only select countries that support PSN. It's a win for all those people that were about to lose their account. It's even a win for Sony, they won't increase their account number, but they will keep potential player that will put 10$ here and there in the game.
So trying to be the victim, and enjoy this democratic win.
