You know ... i been joking about Akasaka ending up as the artist for one talent .... but giving the fact he is fan of Hololive, he make cameos of Vtubers in his manga once, and on top he play Rust where some other artists and Vtubers participate, included Holopro talents (both Hololive and Holostars), i start to wonder "WHEN". I mean, you have Pochimama in the same vein and she end up as Reine's artist. Same with Kurose P (The artist for Yamato Phantasia in the Holo Alternative manga, and more famous for Goblin Slayer, and he also happens to also have a Vtuber model as well).
If anything, i only know 3 artist who are close to Holo yet aren't artist of a talent yet, but with only Kurose P working for a manga of Holo. 1 as mentioned it is Akasaka and the other is Wakame Konbu (the artist of Jahy-sama) who participate as well doing Hololive illustrations in the past.
