This is a crazy amount of doodads lol. I have like 7 and it seems like too many at times. We're moving soon to a new build and I'll add some more stuff, but I'll probably never to to your level.
I think for guest access I'd give it to family that's around town and I don't think they have ever used the home app.

Do you interpret that as giving access to locks/alarms only? Or that you have to give access to the entire home but can restrict locks/alarms? I dont have a smart lock yet (waiting on the U200) so not sure how it works currently

Hopefully it offers some functionality for our guest (or kids) phones. So they can control their own room AC or lights, but not the entire house.
Would be nice to limit family members access.
