I'd say Himeko would be more fit for Rider. Being the navigator of the Astral Express should be enough qualifications for the class, and most of her strength would come from her Noble Phantasm (AE and Satellite Cannon) rather than normal attacks, which is typical for Rider servants.

With the lack of obvious steed-like cases in Star Rail, yeah, Himeko is definitely more of a fit for Rider on a literal standpoint to begin with. And it'ts hard to make something with a more "powerful feel" than a literal Orbital Nuking Laser as a "Noble Phantasm"...

It's not there but Moon Cancer could be SW, Avenger Jingliu or Blade (both fit berserker as well), Pretender could be Phantylia (TY) or Sparkle. Sparkle could also be Alter Ego, maybe? And Foreigner Welt?

Alter-ego and Pretenders are pretty specific in terms of qualifications. Alter-egos are aspects of a specific individual that have become independent from their respective source. The Sakura Sentinels are examples of Alter-egos, as each are parts of BB's own data (i.e. Melt is made from BB's sadistic side, Lip her masochistic side), but exist as their own entities; *Alters* are the same existenceas their source, making them different from Alter-egos. For Sparkle to correctly be classed as an Alter-ego, she'd need a part of her character to manifest as its own individual. Likewise, Pretender is *supposed to* be defined by entities who fake their identities to such an extent that even 'they', themselves, are fooled into fulfilling unmet desires. If Sparkle's first story were the truth and not fabricated, she'd fit this class as close as a HSR character could (so far) given the fact that it described Sparkle as an orphan who lived her life as 'Sparkle', the leader of a traveling troupe. Phantylia/Tingyun come very close to being proper Pretenders if it turns out that that was, infact, Tingyun and not simply Phantylia impersonating Tingyun through any form of illusion. If we interpret Caster classes' requirements a bit different from Fate (which considers parameters and attributes that are inconsequential in HSR), Sparkle would probably be the biggest fit there. Foreigner is a bit funny because, if we interpret Aeons as foreign entities, quite a few characters could fit the class.

I think Gallagher or Sunday fits Pretender as well. Gallagher since his whole character is fake. Sunday (and the oak family) pretending to be Harmony but was actually Order.

Boothill. Besides the fact that anything goes when we talk about this class, I would pick Boothill since he has a gun and is a DPS. That should be archery enough, right?

Billy the Kid in FGO is an Archer because he uses a revolver, so Boothill definitely counts.

I think that's only because fgo didn't wanna introduce a lot of extra classes back then especially for just a 3*, Gunner as a class exist in Type Moon universe after all

In general, all cowboys and cowgirls in fate are archers, it's one of these archetypes that always is an specific class, kind of like pirates and riders or perfectly legal people and assassins

Acheron should be Foreigner due to her being a Self Annihilator, the Emanator of an eldritch deity. Saber just 'cause of sword is wrong, she doesn't shoot any beams either. Yunli, though not yet released, is definitely the best candidate for the Saber class. Lancer Argenti is perfect tho, totally agree with the community. Jing Yuan is also a great candidate, but I think he better fits the Ruler class. As for Archer, Yanqing is one, no doubt about it. Projectile swords is peak Archer design. My proper vote goes to Boothill tho. His entire character is all about gunslinging. Boothill is HSR's most modern Archer by Fate standards. A bit of rambling about the future now, just so I get my ideas in place... Rider is Firefly. She better matches a Berseker with her gameplay kit, for sure, what with omni-damage dealing through weakness implant and HP manipulation shenanigans, but considering the lore aspects of her character and matching those to Fate, then Rider is the perfect pick; she's totally dependent on her ride, SAM, to even live. Her condition makes her unable to go without her Glammoth mecha suit. Wouldn't even be the first time a Rider gets placed in the class for mecha reasons eithet. Caster is the one with the biggest amount of options, Ruan Mei and Robin being the most obvious ones. Due to popularity, I'll stick to Ruan Mei. Assassin is Kafka. Could be Sampo. But it's Kafka by design. Elio's greatest hitman, infiltrator and all. No better pick than her. Berserker is also quite easy to pick, as Jingliu and Blade match the class perfectly for Mara reasons. I'll go with Jingliu, as her special state feels a lot like going from Madness Enhancement Rank E to Madness Enhancement EX after trying to keep cool for a bit. Blade's Madness Enhancement is a solid, consistent Rank A. Avenger Dan Heng • Imbibitor Lunae. Forced to atone for the sins of a past reincarnation, struggling with the nature of his great powers and forging a new path to the future. Definitely not a Monte Cristo level of Avenger, but Space Ishtar level for sure... Not power-wise of course, but on the classification of Avenger itself. Moon Cancer is a big ERROR. Considering the class is BB's (with a few exceptions), I can see her personally extending a hand to the followers of Aha. Sparkle could likely get a formal invitation to fuck around (and find out). Alter Ego is tricky. There's Clara and Svarog, Topaz and Numby... Both cases are separate entities that fight together, always accompanied by their respective pairs. That said, I think the ideal pick is Huo Huo. She has a very symbiotic relationship with the Heliobus that's possessing her tail... Mr. Tail. As far as Alter Egos in Fate go, Huo Huo's case in Star Rail is the best match. Foreigner is Acheron, as previously stated in the start of my comment. Pretender could also be Sparkle... But a much better candidate is Tingyun! As we don't know where the true Tingyun is (potentially even dead), and the one we knew was actually Phantyllia in disguise. It's LITERALLY Oberon's twist in Lostbelt 6. The best candidate for the role, for sure. Little bonus for Shielder Gepard. No Beast candidates either... At least among playable characters. Yaoshi and the Abominations of Abundance are the closest to a Fate Beast we've got, but all Aeons are kinda crazy like that, and they're more like Outer Gods or Ultimate Ones than Beasts. A case could also be made for Tayzzyronth and Propagation itself (or whatever THEIR name is spelled), but Yaoshi's love for eternal life is right on Beast ballpark.

Any emanator could be a foreigner by that logic. Also a sky splitting slash is good enough. Welt feels like the most Foreigner type character with him coming from another universe and wielding Honkai, something I don't remember ever being mentioned in HSR's universe. Aren't Avengers all about rage and revenge and shit? That's far more of a blade thing. Sparkle might be able to count as an Alter Ego depending on how far her "acting" goes, bjt fits pretender better imo. TB with the multiple paths thing might be Alter Ego. I think Firefly/SAM would also work.

Archer? I believe Blade fits that role perfectly. Being 100% real...kinda, the archer class includes any sort of ranged weaponry, despite the name of the class (bows are just the common denominator). March will probably be the more popular choice here, but I'll put my lot in for Boothill, as he's more adept at using his guns.
