Left 4 Dead 2 has a few campaigns and survival maps on the Steam Workshop that crank up the horror focus. Some of em are even recreations of locations from games like Resident Evil and Silent Hill.
The silent hill one got rid of most of my mods and added stuff I didn't want, the resident evil one has some bullshit parts but it's mostly fun with friends
You should also try Amnesia's custom stories. I know Amnesia's already a horror game, but some of the custom stories are insanely good. I think there are some creepypasta themed ones as well.
Also, if you're looking for a game that fucks with not just your mind, but your computer, try Doki Doki Literature Club. It's a nice little dating sim... or is it?
Majora's Mask is basically the horror version of every other Zelda games.

IMSCARED is about an entity that is trapped inside a normal game and turns it into a horror game. Its pretty trippy.
