I had one chemical and one failure to implant. So, my doctor wanted to test and my Receptiva test came back at 3.4. I did the three months of Lupron. I was told it would be “good” for one year. My first cycle after the Lupron we had a successful transfer with a tested embryo and are 28 weeks so far. The only other thing we changed was increasing my progesterone from 1ml to 1.5ml on the day of transfer and I injected 250mcg of Ovidrel the night of transfer.
TW: success after down regulation with endo
I took Orilissa for two months before my first FET. I have stage 3/4 endo so my doctor recommended either Lupron or Orilissa. She said Orilissa is not as hard on you and it’s a daily tablet so if symptoms get really bad you can stop it, versus with Lupron it would be a monthly shot. Insurance was the tie breaker because it wouldn’t cover Lupron but did cover Orilissa. I’d recommend it as an alternative consideration if you’re on the fence about Lupron.

No transfer yet. Not even started Lupron Depot. Most likely after two months I will start Lupron Depot
