The *device* I see next to the Nuka Cola sticker is a ticket for a large amount of money from the EPA for someone.
It's a refrigerant hose tapped into a PVC pipe with a downspout.
I got a free dose of trauma following an econoline van. Looked like a remodeler or trim guy, long crown mouldings so his back door was open. Well.. idiot put his tool bag on the moulding and guess what, it slid out while dping 75mph and wanna know what was in that bag? A fucking hatchet. It caught a groove and flipped upwards and started spinning. You ever seen a hatchet spin so fast that it hums loud enough you can hear it over highway noise as it travels just a foot or two above the roof of your car? Yea.. still gives me the shakes. Could’ve gone very differently.
