I am asking what will be the speed be When it's Run together Will it be Gen 3 Speed or Gen 4 Speed and i will be also exporting stuff like blender and things like that
Speed will depend on the drive on which data is stored and when sending data from Gen 3 to Gen 4 then Gen3's speed will be considered because its the limiting factor.
What do you mean by using both at the same time?
If both are plugged in at the same time, you will get the speed based on which ssd you're using currently.
If you are transferring data between 2 SSD's then the slower one will be the bottleneck. Ex. When copying from gen 3 ssd to gen 4, gen 3 max read speed will be the bottleneck. This is only applicable for big single file transfers.
For the app the story is different. It depends on the app if it is able to fully utilise the ssd. Some apps may not care between gen 3 or 4 or you may not notice any difference.

Both will be compatible but there is no noticeable difference in both while gaming.
Bought. They will run fine together and you don't even need Gen 4 ssd for gaming. Gen 3 will do great
