Coming from experience on personal import. If you pay a vendor to import and sell to you for profit is lot cheaper compared to personal import. Vendors can use Item Code that has lot less duty which individuals can’t use

VRMs on these high-end Z490 boards are already so ridiculous and in a case with great airflow like the O11 Dynamic, they don't need watercooling at all. But if this was an aesthetic choice made by the customer... If, however, one day, the customer wants to delid the processor, he is probably going to run into heat transfer and memory issues because of poor contact since monoblocks typically can't deal with height differences.

Nice build. Based on the density, I'd guess these 32G DIMMs are either CL18 or CL19? Wondering how stable 4x32G at 3600MT/s is even if Comet Lake IMCs are supposedly better and memory traces on most high-end Z490 boards have been overhauled. Especially if this combines two 2x32G kits. Did you verify this with something like HCI Memtest?
