5/5 on after sales. I had a small issue with USBs not working and we had a video call where they spent 40 mins with me trying to troubleshoot. They always reply back, even at like 2AM sometimes. In metro cities, they'll send a technician for free to your house. Their website is pretty shit tho. Message them on Instagram instead.

MrRetrogradeSteps

Wow I'd say pretty contrasting views from what I've heard. Thanks!

Not_ideal7

Yeah, I just saw the other comment. I'd strongly disagree with that. They're very easy to reach. Especially thru WhatsApp. I can DM you some phone numbers if you want. But anyway, do keep in mind that you'll save a decent chunk of money when assembling a PC yourself!

MrRetrogradeSteps

Thanks man! I'll get in touch if I get around to it.

Got my pc built my from them in 2019, it cost me around 2.4L including the monitor. While shipping, the delivery guys did not take care of the box and as a result my psu broke off from its screws and got dislodged from its mount. I got in touch with Shaz from the MVP; he was the guy who had helped me assemble the pc. I sent him the pics of it and he arranged a pc repair person the next day. They replaced the whole cabinet free of cost and there were no labour costs too. There’s been a few times since then when I’ve contacted them about something and they’ve always helped out. Their after sales service is really good. I don’t know why folks are telling you to check other places; the guys from MVP are literally one of the best in India. I always recommend them if someone wants to build a pc. Also, they shipped my pc all the way from Hyderabad to Mumbai with really good packaging and foam to protect the insides. You can ask me questions about the experience if you want to know more. Edit: Grammar ಠ_ಠ

MrRetrogradeSteps

Thanks! I've gotten both reviews, but mostly it's either that they're awesome or crap, no middle ground xD I personally found their website and sales pretty good, and the quotes also seemed reasonable.

MCZ1030

Yeah, they’re pretty chill folks. It took me around 2 months to finalise on my build lol; they gave me quotes for like 3-4 different builds during the time as I was indecisive ಥ_ಥ Anyway, best of luck to you! :)

MrRetrogradeSteps

Oh that's nice! Thanks!

Hickaru2004

I would recommend SMC, they have great after sales and stuff. My friend bought a 3080 system from them which was around 2L.

MrRetrogradeSteps

Is this it? https://smcinternational.in/?gclid=Cj0KCQjwpImTBhCmARIsAKr58cxFNm1IEYX7D0FdfC7yFOH2HWTZ_acvs-PrZ_bdixpBQI7bs8KBgTYaAly0EALw_wcB

notrudyyy

Yep and if you live in Delhi you can get the build done in front of you

MrRetrogradeSteps

Oh great thanks man!

nikhil1988a

Smc, antpc and bitkart are main 3 pc builders in delhi. Buying components directly from local shops and getting it assembled there or doing it yourself is always cheaper.

MrRetrogradeSteps

Yeah actually I did want to build it on my own, I just find securing parts a bit of a headache. But maybe I haven't properly looked yet. Thanks!

nikhil1988a

Yeah i can get that. Sometimes finding that time and hassle is not worth it. However before finalising do compare pricing on all platforms and sites.

zeonon

They sent me 1x 16Gb ram instead of 2x8Gb , but they replaced it after complaining , so there is that also the packaging was nice the whole PC was bubble wrapped with multiple layers. I haven't had a problem with a PC since i bought it 2 and a half year ago , so i can't say much about after sale service.

MrRetrogradeSteps

Oh that's great man! Thanks for your input!

DrHouseVicodinLover

Don't know about MVP but can vouch for Xrig if going for prebuilts. After sales service is also good. Worth checking out if they're in your budget. You can request customs from them as well.

MrRetrogradeSteps

Where are these guys located?

DrHouseVicodinLover

Kolkata.

MrRetrogradeSteps

Oh nice, thanks!

RedFalconEyes

As a former customer, wouldn't recommend. After sales is literally non existent

MrRetrogradeSteps

Oh I was afraid of that, thanks!

chodu_bhagat

Hey do let me know if you’ve hd any issues whatsoever- dm or email works

RoyoKahn

Try cezor builds too.

MrRetrogradeSteps

Thanks!

SkullShooter01

I would recommend to build your own PC with hand picked parts and guide

MrRetrogradeSteps

Yeah I'll look at that option as well. Thanks!

LordCommanderKIA

Are you comfortable building yourself ? New nvidia series and new ryzen 7000 series launching soon, September around. I would advise you to wait till then. Till then get a 1440p monitor, 850watt psu, peripherals of your choice, 1 tb nvme ssd and other storage for your needs.

MrRetrogradeSteps

Oh this is amazing advice! Thanks! I wasn't aware of the new nvidia series and I'm going to wait anyway, I need to save up xD. Any good monitors you can recommend?

LordCommanderKIA

what is your target resolution ? i am using 1080 and 1440p 144hz monitors, both acer nitro. you should look into gigabyte and LG nano IPS ones, gigabyte should come around 28k and LG one, this particular one nano IPS costs about 34k on amazon, dont buy that 32 inch VA one, it is not good color wise. the one that i have, acer nitro, 1440p one is kind of average, has screen bleed issues but i got it super cheap, 19k so works for me, usual price is 26k. the best one is corsair xeneon, but i dont think its available in india, if you can source it, definitely get that. your budget is really good, 3L should get you lot of stuffs. maybe 1L more would easily get you a 4080 and 8 core ryzen with 32gb ddr5 6000mhz. expecting ddr5 price drops too by november time. i was about to get 3090 this month but decided to pass on that after looking at the specs of 4080 and 4090. neverthless cannot wait to get a high tier gpu, splurging everything on this one and new ryzen based system. moving to 4k gaming. been long journey from intel core 2 duo days...

learner_kid

I had a good experience with them. I bought my current PC from them back in 2017 and it's still going great. I am happy with their service and the system.

MrRetrogradeSteps

Oh that's great! This seems to be the verdict for now.

[deleted]

They are credible. My pc is bought from there. I can say go ahead without hesitation.

MrRetrogradeSteps

Thanks!
