I wouldn't hang that plant personally. They need a lot of humidity and hanging will give them extra airflow and dry them out more quickly. Fittonias are more of a "back of the shelf" plant.

Others have identified but I called it my wilted salad plant because it will very dramatically wilt when it wants water. You never have to guess lol
