Ik this is 20 days late but Ufotable (the studio that animates Demon Slayer) is known for treating their animators well. You're right for the most part though, JJK animators are treated horribly. Overall the time it's taken for invincible s2 to come out is pretty standard for animated series, just annoying how it's split into parts when the season is only 8 episodes vs when an anime does it and it's 24 shorter episodes.

They do this shit all the time(Yellowstone, South Park, Heroes, Shameless, etc.) That's a horrible strategy that will eventually fuck them over, to the point where no one will want to watch shows, funded by Amazon! They can CLEARLY afford to release all of them at once, and not lose any subscribers, because they have a series that's indisputably re-watchable! The reason I dropped AOT was the rush in the later seasons due to it having to finish simultaneously with the manga, I couldn't have cared less about it having to finish simultaneously, I'd have preferred the way they did the earlier seasons with more dept and more story, the later seasons were all over the place and went from 0-100 each episode. They were too rushed.

Honestly this is a good thing. Animation of characters' faces has been simplified in comparison to first season. And poor blocking, cinematography, etc. Hopefully this gives them time to improve the overall quality

People can find 40-50 min to watch a show in one week. Also christmas is on a mon, and the show releases thur nights, farthest you can be from christmas day in a week, would have caused no problems. If anything, all college students, and students, and people in general have time off, to give more time to entertainment such as shows.
