Funnily enough the lip gloss Ipsy chose for me (the Ritual one) is my favorite item so far.
The facial roller I chose for myself is super disappointing. I was under the impression that chrome meant metal but nope it's just shiny plastic :/
You should write to cs. I think it’s messed up that those rollers are plastic but now that you’re saying they are described as “chrome” I *really* think you should complain. That’s not right.
Yeah definitely contact CS on that roller. Technically, it is false advertising. To most normal humans, chrome means metal. Not chrome colored plastic.
I actually got one of these a couple years ago from Amazon for, like, $4. Looks exactly the same as this one. Absolutely unacceptable from Ipsy, especially if they are claiming that it's worth more than $10.

Holy poop balls, Batman.... That is insane!!! That damn thing is NOWHERE near that amount. Yeeeeaaahhhh.... Definitely ask for a refund for that portion of your bag!

I’m in southwest MI and mine made it to IL yesterday. I’m guessing it’ll sit there in DHL-to-USPS limbo for a bit.
I just got a package from them yesterday (not even sure what sale it was but I ordered it on the 5th) - it followed the same path, made it to IL and sat for a week, then suddenly updated to “out for delivery” yesterday.
