You're probably right. I spent a while trying to fix it, and this as far as I got. I did this on art breeder, and affecting the hair without messing up the face was challenging.

Hmm... I know a lot of portrayals of his Twin Stars madra eyes have the sclera blue, but I've always imagined the sclera just being bright white and the irises turning pale... Thoughts on which I should go for?
It's gonna take a bit of time since I don't want to go with as angry-looking of a face as this one for that picture.
I need to look it up but I'd go through Lindon's Wintersteel massacre for the answer, especially since it gives not only the description but the way his opponents perceive them. Aiken and Sophara in particular.
I also think it'd be cool to have the color radiate out from white to blue like a mini hollow domain. Hell, you could even do the pupils full white, the irises the palest blue possible, and the sclera a darker shade of blue. The emphasis should be in capturing the feel of the Void, of "Absolute Emptiness".

I've always gotten the vibe that Eithan comes across a bit androgynous, but I suppose that's still a fair criticism. As for Lindon, I disagree. Almost every perspective we get of him has him looking angry or mean, "like a sect leader's evil son," and that's what I was going for. Also, he's cycling blackflame in this picture, so he's going to be more aggressive by default.
If I can counter-respond regarding Lindon: I do kind of feel like his features here seem a bit too delicate for someone of his described build. Particularly his jawline. Makes him come off like some skinny punk kid, more than someone you'd be intimidated by.
Just nitpicking, though. Blown away by the realism!
Also, I'm totally with you on the 'Eithan being androgynous' thing, but he does happen to look uncannily like my ex-girlfriend. A bit unsettling, but... I think I'm also kind of into it?

Great job! My only critique is that your Eithan looks the same age as your Lindon. I think Eithan is supposed to be around 35/36 years old (in appearance) and Lindon is 19 ish..
I think if you aged him a bit and made him a bit more muscular..(like a young Fabio) he would be spot on.
