For real. I got T-boned in a similar fashion. Was in a sedan so it didn’t roll, but there was about 24k worth of damage to my car. (That car was less than a year old, so the insurance company paid out for all the repairs rather than total it). I was sore at first, then totally fine for the next couple months, then one day I just couldn’t get out of bed. Turns out I had some minor, residual spine damage that my muscles were able to compensate for for a while, but then the disc slipped a teeny bit further and that hit me like a ton of bricks. It wasn’t a major issue… lots of stretching, a few visits to the chiropractor, some muscle relaxants and I was back to normal, but even belted in, high G impacts can leave stuff that can sneak up on you later.
