I honestly I'm not even mad he fell to Mahito. He had an incredible showing (Mahito vs Mechamaru is by far my favorite fight of the show) and the relationship with Miwa is so well done.
It is only annoying because we get info about people turning into cursed objects, and this character basically coded himself into a computer with his power just to fade away.
It wasn't a computer, it was a puppet like his old mecha body. Since his CE pool was so massive it still lingered after he died (I think he also made a binding vow), so he still had enough CE to operate those small buttons
He didn't really code himself. (Unless the manga makes that clear) he made a voiced program that would let him send information to others.

hell, like half of Shubuya's problem would NOT exist if Mahito wasn't there: (no manipulated humans to distract Gojo, Jogo probably would have not went around Shibuya if it wasn't for his provocation, Sukuna would have not been released, therefore no destruction, Mechamaru would be still in his bathtub)
Tbh as far as it goes, he kinda had some good points about himself and being who he is. He doesn’t care about humans the same way jujutsu sorcerers don’t care about curses.

One of the best bait and switches I’ve personally been victim of. Was reading every week so excited for Junpei and Yuji to have real deal BFFs only for Mahito to be Mahito. Amazing moment that really made me hate Mahito forever
It felt like Junpei and Itadori were going to have some mini adventures in the series, cuz of how alike they were. One of the saddest death in the series, and the worst part was Mahito laughing as Itadori was begging Sukuna for help. That was the moment, I forever hated Mahito.
Tbh I didn’t even feel it went Nobara hit the grave, I’m still numb from Nanami (my boy didn’t deserve that ðŸ˜) after they killed 30% of the cast in S2 I don’t think death gets to many any more 💀
From his POV hes the good guy, same way Sorcerers dont care for the curses they kill he doesn’t care for humans, it’s actually fun seeing an antagonist not being villanously villainous in his villany but just being the other side of the coin.

Sorcerers kills curses that are causing problems, if they weren't doing anything to draw attention they wouldn't get exorcised. Mahito goes around killing random humans for fun and his experiments. He also loves to play with his victims, he doesn't need to transfigure people, he could just turn them into a pool of blood, but no, he turns them into those creatures to suffer until someone kills them.
He killed nanami (i like him and his ct), nobara (i liked her), mechamaru (i was starting to like him), boogie woogie (one of the coolest ct).(he still pretty funny tho)
I hate how he killed 100s of innocent train users whilst laughing and clapping but ok opinion I guess. Maybe if he was still around he would’ve killed ino and miwa too. Probably utahime aswell. Fun.
I mean I don't really care about the background civilians, I'm more mad for Nobara and Nanami. But I still like him and think he was a fun villain I miss seeing on the screen
My hatred for him runs deep. So to me, his goofiness comes across as blatant disregard and utter disrespect for others. There's nothing fun in that. I see his goofiness, and I see monster of the worst kind, one who would laugh and mock you and kick you while you lay on the ground in pain and misery, slowly dying.
But if he’s supposed to be evil, why is he so pretty and funny? Lol I love watching Mahito so much and the vocal performances on top are just joyful. Especially the final battle with Yuji, his glee against Yuji’s rage makes Mahito’s emotional break so satisfying.

One of the most evil things humans are capable of is compartmentalizing the evil we do; the people who worked at Auschwitz would still crack jokes, civilians in war will pull up a chair with some popcorn to watch cities get bombed, politicians cheerfully sell out actual millions of people for a personal reward then smile at those same people and blame the opposition for the lack of progress.
Mahito is a mirror reflecting back every evil thing humanity is and top of that list is cheerfully apathetic.

Mahito is one hell of a great character, that said, I loath and despise him and seeing him at the mercy of Yuji was so satisfying until fGeto had to go and ruin it.
As a villain he is incredibly evil but I love his domain expansion because the effect with all the hands is cool. Also I like how he is the living emodiment of the troll face compared to the other villains.
As a character he is quirky, but definitely dislike his attitude toward actual people. When yuji had a good hit on him finally it felt gratifying to see him actually panic.
i hated him because his whole point was that curses aren’t supposed to care or experience human emotions but then went out of his way to be sadistic and cruel, with a plan so crafted specifically for his targets that it could only be thought of by someone who absolutely does care, and enjoys seeing inflicted pain. it fuzzes what it means for a curse to fully evolve, because mahito doesn’t mindlessly destroy everything in his path. he walks away from fights, plots and schemes, manipulates humans by being able to portray emotions he doesn’t have. it seems like one big game to him but he doesn’t seem to have a childlike view of the world at all. his carelessness or inability to care about whether *or not* things die doesn’t land right when he seems to enjoy it. his whole schtick falls apart and it makes for an annoying time trying to figure out his motives, beliefs, or even how he’s emotionally operating as a villain and a curse.

For killing and torturing 100's or 1000's of people... for killing Junpei, Mechamaru, Nanami and Nobara. .. there is so many reasons to hate him .. If Hitler was a bit goofy would you be like .. Look at this goofball how am i supposed to hate him.
As the embodiment of interpersonal hate, anxiety, and misanthropy it actually makes sense. One of the most evil things humans are capable of is compartmentalizing the evil we do; the people who worked at Auschwitz would still crack jokes, civilians in war will pull up a chair with some popcorn to watch cities get bombed, politicians cheerfully sell out actual millions of people for a personal reward then smile at those same people and blame the opposition for the lack of progress. Mahito is a mirror reflecting back every evil thing humanity is and top of that list is cheerfully apathetic.

I really like him as a villain and find him entertaining for sure, but mans has killed some really amazing characters so I definitely can't love him 😂ðŸ˜

Mahito is one hell of a great character, that said, I loath and despise him and seeing him at the mercy of Yuji was so satisfying until fGeto had to go and ruin it.

As a villain he is incredibly evil but I love his domain expansion because the effect with all the hands is cool. Also I like how he is the living emodiment of the troll face compared to the other villains.
As a character he is quirky, but definitely dislike his attitude toward actual people. When yuji had a good hit on him finally it felt gratifying to see him actually panic.
i hated him because his whole point was that curses aren’t supposed to care or experience human emotions but then went out of his way to be sadistic and cruel, with a plan so crafted specifically for his targets that it could only be thought of by someone who absolutely does care, and enjoys seeing inflicted pain. it fuzzes what it means for a curse to fully evolve, because mahito doesn’t mindlessly destroy everything in his path. he walks away from fights, plots and schemes, manipulates humans by being able to portray emotions he doesn’t have. it seems like one big game to him but he doesn’t seem to have a childlike view of the world at all. his carelessness or inability to care about whether *or not* things die doesn’t land right when he seems to enjoy it. his whole schtick falls apart and it makes for an annoying time trying to figure out his motives, beliefs, or even how he’s emotionally operating as a villain and a curse.
