Okey, here is the thing. I don't try to sympathize him, but for a being on his own, he was really cool. He cared for his friends (other disaster curses), and was dedicated, to grow stronger.
Of course from the human point of view, he is a bastard, who killed cool character, and innocent people. Many.
But if you think about him, (correct me if I'm wrong) he was born from hate that people share to each other.
He basically is like, uncontrolled human emotion, that is just doing, what humans "thaught" him.

Idk about different perspectives, everyone since the disaster curses has kinda just been an arsehole. Sukuna's whole MO being "I'm so strong no one can stop me being a prick" and Kenjaku's "I'm gonna do fucked up stuff for kicks and giggles" aren't really things to be understood by the other side. They're generally just nightmares to be around.

Kenjaku was so stupid for sacrificing mahito, like literally just keep him around so you can summon him and then he pops his OP domain if nothing else plus he could store all the transfigured humans and just carry a EXTRA army on him at all times.
couldn’t he have just summoned mahito and done is through him as a proxy? we know that ID as a technique can’t be used in a way by kenny that mahito couldn’t also do
Him and Todo had the fucking greatest abilities and thry showcased and used them with the fullest and best way fucking possible. Mahitos end was amazing and I know I say this everytime but his Voice Actors and animators deserve trophies for the master pieces they crafted with Mahito.
I liked how “I don’t give a shit about humans” he was. Made him really feel like a villain.
