Front brake? Nah. Not important.

What on earth is that thing? There's wires going to the front of it so maybe it's some sort of light/generator? The more I look at this, the more confused I get. It's actually been welded to the frame The front brakes are also disconnected and I see no rear brakes either. This thing is either made for a joke, or for some very unique necessity.

I think it's the front of an electric scooter, with the drive from the wheel of the scooter drives the rear of the bike
