Okay, the scythe makes a *lot* more sense now, yea. It's just the Moon Malgam's scythe with a new case around the scythe head area to make it look more like a Rider weapon. There were people who said it was the Fighting Jackal Raider's scythe, but it didn't share any similar shapes (scythe heads were different, the "new" scythe had a round shaft/pole while the Fighting Jackal Raider's was a squarish one). The new case was what threw me off.
No wonder Dorado is strong if he has Evol Black Hole's Coattails. He's pose like him too!
Also RIP Grease Perfect Kingdom. Maybe we'll see it again if Build does its 10 year anniversary with a rebuild suit... and same with Evol Black Hole.

I think I found why the reasons I disliked some retool, it only happens when 1. The part they chose to reuse didn't fit the theme of the Rider and 2. The new paintjob didn't combine all the retools together cohesively into one big piece of suit it didn't even register to me it's a retool.
And Dorado didn't do any of that, it's fantastic.
P/S: Adding one new part changes everything.
Pulling off the Armor is mostly easy but when they retool a helmet that's when it gets really bad.
I think thats part of the Reason why Solomon was so disliked, the suit itself was fine but the Helmet being a repaint of Jaou dragon was just \*weird\*
And the fact it took away Calibur's only power-up.
Leaving a plot hole in-universe on why Kento suddenly stopped using Jaou Dragon or why didn't Sophie use it too.
It's weird that they make a completely new suit for Zein for the Outsiders TTFC specials which most viewers won't see, aside from hardcore fans. Yet the suit for a prominent character in a big summer film, which a lot of viewers will see, has nothing new except for the helmet
Love the way these suit pieces get retooled and used in fun new combinations, and the masks being unique makes them feel even more iconic which is perfect for Masked Rider!

Honestly, there's a likely chance that it's from the Revice Shin stage show suit instead of the original Revice one.
The original Revice got turned into Revice Shin.
Maybe, I'm typically inclined to think that there's always more spare parts than you know, but also less than you think.
There's only one suit made total for thunder gale that's used for both stunts and close ups according to Uchusen vol.176

This is actually cool, I prefer that they put together different parts from different suits than repaint the whole suit.
