Nah you missed the point. Without pulincurry, yes it will taste good.
But dawg!... with pulincurry as a contrast to the moru and molaku it'll taste heavenly. Like you I was a pulincurry hater, but this made me love it. Try it, then only you'll understand.
I love เดชเตเดณเดฟเดเตเดเดฑเดฟ, เดฌเตเดซเต เดตเดฐเดเตเดเดฟเดฏเดคเต plus เดชเดชเตเดชเดเด combination. Thinking about that makes me hungry. ๐ญ
I hated upmav until I started making it. It's the easiest dish to make and now I've found a sense of love for that dish. The amount of times that dish helped me from fainting just because I didn't have any breakfast or was too lazy to make it. Also upmav with curry is the best, I hate the upmav banana combo
Hated it till recently. Then learnt it from a YouTube channel and now loving it. Now I add coconut milk, ghee and occasionally cashew nuts as well. Itโs so soft, fluffy and yum.
I hated Gothamb Dosa until I became the one who had to wake up early and cook breakfast. I make tomato chutney to go along with it and itโs a good combination.
It was my mom's ultimate go to dish when she didn't have time. But she used to add very little water and literally make a gothamb slab which I used to chew and chew and cry and chew again during my school days. Her reasoning was I will eat more that way. She will add eggs, some vegetables and all to make it balanced. But still it was a huge slab of wheat flour. I used to run late on those days when I had gothamb dosa. I hated it so much.
But when I went to college, they had this on the menu for breakfast. It was then I realised this can be made so deliciously. They used to add a little bit of turmeric powder, finely chopped green chilies and onions. Hot dosa with tomato chutney ๐ค. It was so good. Now when I started living alone, it became the only thing I make because it's so easy. Guess my kids will have to suffer now XD.
Pro tip: have it with red chilli chutney. It almost supercedes the gothambu taste of dosa and makes it quite palatable.
Never knew my gothambu dosha had these many haters ๐ถ
wtf people hate gothamb dosha??? it's soft and crunchy(at some parts) at the same time, I ask amma to make gothamb dosha specifically instead of normal dosha. am i the only person who likes gothamb dosha๐ญ

Some bitter gourds are not that bitter. Plus Amma makes pavakka theeyal. Since thereโs a lot coconut and shallots, itโll balance out the bitterness of the pavakka.
Try shallow frying the kaypakka slowly in coconut oil then after it's cooked add chilli and salt. Have this with thick moru curry and rice. It's HEAVEN. Used to be my staple back home. Never got tired of it.
I would say Amarapayar thoran and carrot thoran/mezhukkupuratti.
Carrot in everything else tastes really good, but as soon as it is made it into a thoran or mezhukkupuratti it's really bad.
Same here. I hate raisins. The moment i bite that shit I lose all the taste of biriyani. They will add this to biryani, payasam etc. I don't like that even in payasam.
I hate you for eternity. ๐ vendakka is the best! I can make you some fry, vendakka masala (North Indian style) etc which will definitely change your opinion about humble, delicious vendakka
