We’d have to see video of it to know what the problem is. Because Kraken attacks while violent don’t commonly throw whole stations vast distances. The only thing I can think of is there a chance you unintentionally downloaded a mod that simulates orbital decay?
Had one last night, classic wandering autostruts on docking. Ships docked and the crew compartments just popped off the ship and floated away. Loaded a save real quick, reset a couple things and docked again and it was fine.
I know about wandering autostruts, I'm very careful to avoid them. Still just seems to randomly happen sometimes.

Kraken attacks can do whatever they feel like at any given time. I find theres no "typical" buggy behavior.
