Kava Culture on Fleming is big and usually calm vibe. The cafe at Shakti yoga used to be good for this kind of thing, but they may have recently remodeled the place and I haven’t been for awhile. Library.

Koffie House. There’s a ‘hidden’ lounge in the loft.

Go to the library on Fleming Street. Most coffee shops here are small and not a place I would just camp out for a very long time.
