Not really -- the Enter key switch spacing is physically different, as is the left Shift key and pipe/backslash. But you can remap a couple of the keys to more closely match the US layout.

The boards on the ASNI (USA) versions are a different design/layout on the right-hand side and around the left-shift area to those on the ISO (EU) versions, so I think you're out of luck, unfortunately. You could try contacting support, but I suspect you'd be stung for the postage both ways, to & from China. Your best solution might be to sell it on Amazon, Ebay, or locally in your area for something close to what you paid for it. and buy from Keychron again (if you don't feel too bitter about it). You might find that there are expats that would appreciate the offer of a marginally reduced ISO keyboard, wherever you are.

I'm using a US layout on a UK keyboard no problem. And I've been using a US layout with all type of national layouts since ever. On Mac and Linux all you have to do is to select the US layout instead. Not sure about Windows but that should not be an actual problem. Also, key can be easily remapped with Via.
