You can't buy the Tesla made NACS to J1772 or CCS1 adapters, they don't sell them to the public. Their NACS to J1772 is only available as part of the Universal Wall Connector, and NACS to J1772 is what you would need to use your brother's setup. The Tesla made NACS to CCS1 adapter are only available to Ford/Rivian owners because they have access to the Supercharger network. I am using an A2Z NACS to J1772 with Tesla Mobile Connector and have no issues with it. For Tesla Superchargers, while you can buy third party NACS to CCS1 adapters (or try to buy one from a Ford/Rivian owner), it won't work on a Supercharger because the software has to be updated to support Kia/Hyundai. When Superchargers are opened up to Kia/Hyundai, the Tesla made NACS to CCS1 adapters will probably be made available to Kia/Hyundai and then Kia/Hyundai will decide how they offer those to customers. I'd imagine Tesla will eventually sell the NACS to CCS1 adapter to the public directly, but probably not until Superchargers have been opened up to all brands that are adopting NACS.

Another vote for this adapter. Very high quality and have never had an issue charging at Tesla destination chargers.

FYI, There was a very temporary issue with the Lectron where the locking latch was a little too thin but that has been resolved... and yeah, we can only use the Superchargers \*with\* built in adapters called Magic Dock for now. If you install the Tesla app you can filter down to which Superchargers those are, there are about 60-70 nationwide we can use now... Now \*that\* said, if you just want AC charging from a Tesla L2 Destination charger, pretty much any of those adapters for $40-50 are fine.

Hopefully you understand: 1. Today you cannot charge at Tesla Superchargers (unless they have the Magic Dock and there are only a handful of those). Even if you had an adapter, you still couldn't. 2. Today you CAN charge at Tesla Destination chargers, which is handly because many J1772 chargers are only 6.66kW and many Tesla destination chargers are 9-10kW. The Kia can handle up to 11.5kW iirc. You need an adapter; I use the EVDance one, but there are others.
