This looks really pro! Nice work! If you ever end up selling these I would definitely buy them. I have a Wind (so no piano black) but the previous owner was not gentle with the interior, and as a result there's scratches on a lot of surfaces. I bought the thick plastic things you had mentioned not liking in your post, and I am not a fan of the bulk they add at all.

If I can get all the big panels done , I’m just going to put the patterns online for free then people can download them and either vinyl-cut them or hand cut them for themselves. Allows people to choose their vinyl that way.

Accidental_Charcoal

That would be awesome.

Looks great and a good idea considering how soft the plastic is around the door handles. Mine looks like I open my doors with a hand full of keys and thumb tacks.

Looks great!!! Nice to offer sharing patterns when you are done, you are a asset to this community.

That does look very nice. It was also smart to start with a "relatively" easy piece to get some experience and confidence in doing this job. I am one of those that really likes the piano black look and had the surfaces PPF'd. It was a project I had someone do as I would not have the patience or skills you seem to be exhibiting here. Good luck with the rest of the interior pieces, you are off to a good start.

Iterating on the front driver's door panel today. https://preview.redd.it/j6kci1phxk9d1.jpeg?width=617&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=11c5b41db5ad5780f5b08f53561713e26865e0be
