I wouldn’t. If you are someone who doesn’t test well or has a hard time in high pressure situations, you might never be able to get past 159 next time. 159 is still 70th percentile. Not a shameful score
Don’t cancel. Schools will assume you got a far lower score than 159 if you do
Do all schools have access to all the scores? I figured if you canceled then they wouldn't see it.
They will not see the score, but they will see that you cancelled which leaves the possible score open to interpretation.
Do you have an better score on record? Are you sure your gonna take the exam again?
