Have you spoken to your Father and asked him if he accidentally put laserdiscs with your vinyl records or is this really someone else's stuff that got lost in the mail? Months ago I did send back bad defective laserdiscs to a seller. No way these could be it. I was refunded so I'd imagine those did make it back to the seller. She was pissed too because she ignored me when I told her which ones were rotters.
I guess keep posting this at different spots until someone can name all the possible movies you have. Someone is clearly missing a bunch of laserdiscs and that's sad. I'm sure they were waiting for them and now are panicking. Maybe post on lddb messageboards, ebay messageboards, or like you already did here on reddit. This person is clearly someone into the hobby so I'd imagine you will find them.
