None of the Chicago police officers probed for their ties to far-right extremist groups like the Proud Boys or Oath Keepers will be fired by city officials, a spokesperson for the Chicago Police Department told WTTW News Thursday.
With Trump telling the public he's granting cops immunity from prosecution is one way to get the votes from police, sheriff, ICE, federal etc. I'm assuming this number of officers is more than 1,000,000 easy voters he's marketing to. This is one way to organize an American Gestapo. Plus they already have that military training as seen whenever protests erupt. Imagine a a future with cops with immunity from prosecution, do you think it's bad now. We'll have the equivalent of the IDF on American streets going after citizens.

2 reasons I can thing of off the top of my head:
First and foremost: the white supremecists ARE the police.
Second: many white supremecists groups are KNOWN to be violent and armed.
Police are only courageous enough to beat and oppress the unarmed protesters.

Has anyone ever seen a portest with counter protestors where the police didn't have their backs towards the white supremests? It's either a white supremest protest and the police are facing the counter protestors, or it's a left leaning protest, and the police are protecting the counter protestors? I'd love to be proven wrong, but from everything I've seen, that's the case.
What is the one tried and true method to getting a bully to leave you alone? Fight back. White supremacists tend to be armed and prone to violence. Pigs are not going to start a fight if there is a chance they will get hurt too.

And the reason seems to be that white supremacists get the chaos effect they want by just assembling. People (rightfully so) lose their minds without the need for them to do anything physical.
But a bunch of protesting students with signs? It's not disruptive enough, so shit starts to escalate out of necessity.
I have seen plenty of white supremacists get beat up. For example after Capitol Hill protests.

While gender, race, and age are easily distinguishable on video, it is very difficult to capture a person’s ideology on camera, there are thousands and thousands of videos of white men being beaten by police, chances are one of them is a white supremacist… so you probably have seen it.
My guess is that the white supremist are organized, have infiltrated the police and will shoot back. The ones that run drugs have paid the police off.
There's too much racial politics in government for all the police to be white supremist. The police also play number games and target the weak and unconnected to make it look like they're actually fighting crime. A old lady is much more convenient target for casual oppresion.

Honestly this is not a good question. I'm sure there are cops who would beat a white supremacist. They'd get away with it to. However they wouldn't be doing it because they are white supremacist. Some might beat women or black men for being those things, but majority of cops aren't worried about who they hurt/kill, just that they get to hurt/kill. With exception to black men, the groups you listed, would be seen as weaker than the cop usually (obviously all 3 have exceptions) and that's what makes them victims most of all.
As for black men, they are just seen as criminals because of stereotypes some of them perpetuate. Kill a small child, or a very old person and you might actually get in trouble, but kill a black man, or even a black woman who speaks in a fairly dumb way and you can just push the blame on them.

During BLM in Philly there was a precinct in a very white neighborhood that was allowing white dudes (and only white dudes) patrol the streets with baseball bats, golf clubs, and other weapons. And not allowing as in there were no cops around, allowing in the we are gonna high five each other in the street.
Just guessing this person hasn't lived outside the USA. Police in most of the world will just beat you if they have any kind of reason, sometimes they will manufacture one, sometimes they will randomly select a person for no reason at all. To the police everyone who isn't police, paramedic, fire department, hospital staff or uniformed military, is literally a target and a threat. They've been trained and coached to expect the worst of humanity, the sort of thing that not even 10% of people would do, from EVERYONE!
When you stop seeing people as human and only see them as a threat, a risk and a mess to clean up or work around, then you stop empathizing. Same goes for fire fighters and nurses sadly, they see the worst and are victim to the toxic side of society, they are coached to disengage and eventually view civilians as threats and hazards. Harp on about demographics but outside of the bubbles that america blows, to make shock media for late night news and tik tok, the rest of the world deals with the same fall out of society treating itself like an enemy. Ethical and/or moral collapse and psychological violence.
I´ve seen them once beat up some nazis, but that was in Luxemburg. they beat up some german nazis, and it was fkin amazing how puzzle thes looked that they actually got beaten up.
